Lancaster County Emergency Management Agency  The Lancaster County Emergency Management Agency maintains emergency plans for facilities that use or produce hazardous materials, dam failures, nuclear facilities, and for other types of man made or natural disasters. The office also coordinates and directs actions that take place during large scale emergency situations. This coordination is performed at the Emergency Operations Center located within our facility. These activities are done in close cooperation with the County Commissioners, County Administrator, local Emergency Management Agencies (municipalities within the county), and emergency service organizations throughout the county. WESA  Warwick Emergency Services Alliance
During the early part of 2001, Elizabeth Township, Warwick Township and Lititz Borough executed an inter-municipal agreement to establish the Warwick Emergency Services Alliance (WESA). The alliance consists of the three municipalities and the following emergency service organizations; Lititz Fire Company, Brunnerville Fire Company, Brickerville Fire Company, Rothsville Fire Company, Warwick Ambulance, Rothsville Ambulance, and Brickerville Ambulance.
The mission of WESA is several fold:
Ensure dependable, efficient emergency services are provided to the public.
Preservation and enhancement of the volunteer emergency services.
Organizing and improving fund raising campaigns on behalf of all member organizations.
Promoting personal and community involvement and increased interest in the emergency services.
Establish a central administration structure.
Reducing costs and duplication within the alliances.
Informing and communicating to the community the value of volunteer emergency services.
