Going on calls and fighting fires aren't the only things that fire company volunteers do....

Our fire company is always looking for anyone that is willing to volunteer in any capacity. Even though our company is 100% volunteer and non-profit, we still have to run many thigns as if this is a business. We need people to help with office work, filing, data entry, and phone calls. Are you familiar with fund-raising campaigns, mass mailings or community out-reach? We cna use your help! We have a large building and hundreds of pieces of equipment to maintain, so we are always looking for people that are willing to help out with maintenance. Our web site is still small at this point, but we have some big plans for it, so we are also looking for people that have particular talents in HTML, CGI scripting, advanced forms and JavaScript, or computer graphics.

We are also looking for people that are historically or journalistically inclined. Our company has a long history and a room full of un-sorted archved materials that would be suitable for our Hall of Flame or other historical preservation.

Perhaps you have some specialized skills that aren't mentioned in the paragraphs above: we can use your help! If you are willing to make time in your life to help serve and protect the communtiy, we are more than happy to accomodate you.
